This substantial residential development, with investments amounting to Dh738 million, is set to transform the local housing landscape with its comprehensive facilities and modern amenities.

The project is sprawling across a 50-hectare site and encompasses 242 villas. It is designed to cater to the needs of its residents through a variety of public and recreational facilities, including 33 public parks and green spaces. Among the standout features is a mosque capable of accommodating 644 worshippers, alongside two commercial centers that will host 38 retail outlets, enhancing the community’s overall lifestyle and accessibility to services. A 3-kilometer cycling track further supports the development’s focus on promoting an active lifestyle.

Officials have emphasized that the Al Samha Housing Project epitomizes the UAE’s dedication to developing integrated residential communities. These communities are aimed at promoting family stability and providing modern living conditions, thereby improving the quality of life for the nation’s citizens. This initiative aligns with the broader strategy of creating environments that support both traditional and contemporary living standards.

The development is a key component of the Emirati Neighbourhood Initiative, specifically tailored to meet the requirements of Emirati families. It offers spacious housing solutions complemented by community facilities and recreational amenities, ensuring a comprehensive living experience. Authorities have hailed this project as a pivotal advancement in expanding modern housing options, highlighting its role in driving sustainable urban development throughout the emirate.
